Audswimmers Policies
~ Rescheduling:
Lessons may be rescheduled (either by clients or Coach Audrey) up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. Lessons that are rescheduled must be made up within 2 weeks of the original lesson. If lessons are not rescheduled within this 2 week timeframe, the clients will be held responsible for lesson payment.
~ Cancellations:
Clients are allowed to cancel up to 2 times if the cancellation is made 1 hour before scheduled start time with a full refund per season of Audswimmers. If a lesson is canceled more than 2 times the clients are responsible for lesson payment. If lessons are canceled within the 1 hour window of scheduled lesson start, the client will be held responsible for lesson payment. Cancellations within 1 hour of the scheduled start time are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.
**All cancellations must be made through the booking calendar- text messages, phone calls or emails are not acceptable**
~ Refunds
Audswimmers is a partner with Square. All refunds are subject to a Square service fee. Refunds are usually reflected within 5-7 business days.
~New Client Intake Form:
After choosing the selected date & time, Clients are routed to an intake form. At the bottom of the form there is a selection asking “Do you agree to Audswimmers policies on the website”. In order to book a session, you must agree to these policies. You are required to fill this form out to the best of your ability. The more details provided, the better prepared I can be to help your child thrive.
~Inclement Weather Prior to Lesson Start:
Audswimmers is a travel swim school. I am on the go and only able to track or physically experience the weather present in my current environment.
Clients are responsible for tracking weather in their respective area and rescheduling accordingly one hour prior to the lesson if inclement weather shows.
**Should the weather change within the hour leading up the lesson start time, Audswimmers cannot be held responsible**
~Inclement Weather During Lesson:
Should inclement weather occur during a lesson and Coach Audrey does not determine there is a need to stop the lesson, Clients can choose to end the lesson but will still be charged the full amount. If inclement weather occurs during the first ¾ of the lesson and Coach Audrey decides to stop the lesson, Clients will be offered an opportunity to makeup the lesson. Client is entitled to a makeup lesson within two weeks of the original lesson or a refund subjected to square fees. If inclement weather occurs in the last ¼ of the lesson and Coach Audrey decides to stop the lesson, Clients are still held responsible for full payment for the lesson. Coach Audrey makes the final determinations.
