Audswimmers Policies

Rescheduling

• Lessons may be rescheduled (by either clients or Coach Audrey) up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time through the designated booking calendar.

• Rescheduled lessons must be completed within 2 weeks of the original lesson. If a rescheduled lesson is not completed within this timeframe, the client will be held responsible for the full payment of the original lesson.

• Important: Text messages, phone calls, or emails are not acceptable forms of rescheduling.


Cancellations and Rescheduling Less Than 24 Hours Before a Lesson:

• All cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a scheduled lesson must be handled by the client directly via email or the designated scheduling software.

• Instructions for using the scheduling system will be posted on the Audswimmers website and shared on social media prior to the spring season.

• Important: Coach Audrey and the Audswimmers team will not accept cancellations or rescheduling requests via text messages, phone calls, or direct emails.

Cancellations and Rescheduling More Than 24 Hours Before a Lesson:

• For requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, Coach Audrey and the Audswimmers team are happy to assist with any necessary changes or adjustments.

• Clients are encouraged to contact Audswimmers promptly through the designated scheduling system to ensure their needs are addressed efficiently.


Cancellations

• Clients may cancel up to 2 times per season with a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time.

• If a client cancels more than 2 times, they will be held responsible for payment of subsequent canceled lessons.

• Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled lesson are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.

• All cancellations must be made through the booking calendar. Text messages, phone calls, or emails will not be accepted.


Refunds

• Audswimmers processes refunds through Square, and all refunds are subject to a Square service fee.

• Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

New Client Intake Form

• After selecting a lesson date and time, clients are required to complete an intake form.

• At the bottom of the form, clients must confirm agreement to Audswimmers’ policies by selecting “I agree to Audswimmers policies on the website.”

• This form must be filled out to the best of the client’s ability. The more details provided, the better prepared Coach Audrey can be to help your child thrive.


Inclement Weather

Prior to Lesson Start:

• As a travel swim school, Coach Audrey is only able to monitor the weather in her current location. Clients are responsible for tracking weather in their respective area and rescheduling at least 1 hour prior to the lesson if inclement weather is expected.

• Audswimmers is not responsible for last-minute weather changes occurring within 1 hour of the lesson start time.

During Lesson:

• If inclement weather arises during a lesson, the following policies apply:

• If Coach Audrey determines the lesson can safely continue: Clients may choose to end the lesson early but will still be charged the full amount.

• If inclement weather occurs within the first ¾ of the lesson and Coach Audrey decides to end the lesson:

• Clients are entitled to a makeup lesson within 2 weeks of the original lesson or a refund (subject to Square fees).

• If inclement weather occurs during the last ¼ of the lesson and Coach Audrey decides to stop the lesson:

• Clients will be held responsible for the full payment of the lesson.

• Coach Audrey makes all final determinations regarding weather-related interruptions.
