Audswimmers Scheduling, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies
Scheduling Platform Requirement
All rescheduling and cancellations must be completed exclusively through the SWUM scheduling software.
Text messages, phone calls, emails, DMs, or in-person requests will not be accepted. Any lesson not properly adjusted through SWUM will be charged in full.
Rescheduling Policy
Lessons may be rescheduled by the client up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time through the SWUM booking calendar.
Rescheduled lessons are issued as lesson credit, not refunds.
Text messages, phone calls, emails, or DMs are not acceptable forms of rescheduling.
Coach Audrey may reschedule lessons through SWUM when necessary.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be completed through SWUM.
No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled lesson start time.
Clients must use the SWUM credit-based rescheduling system for late cancellations.
Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance are eligible for a refund (as processed through SWUM).
Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled lesson are considered no-shows and are non-refundable and non-creditable.
New Client Intake Form Requirement
After selecting a lesson date and time, clients must complete the Audswimmers Intake Form.
Clients must confirm agreement by selecting:
“I agree to Audswimmers’ policies as listed on the website.”The intake form must be completed to the best of the client’s ability to ensure Coach Audrey can best support each swimmer.
Inclement Weather Policy
Prior to Lesson Start
As a travel swim school, Coach Audrey can only monitor weather conditions in her current location.
Clients are responsible for monitoring weather in their own area and must reschedule at least 1 hour prior to the lesson if inclement weather is expected.
Audswimmers is not responsible for last-minute weather changes occurring within 1 hour of the lesson start time.
During the Lesson
Coach Audrey makes all final determinations regarding weather-related safety.
If Coach Audrey determines the lesson can safely continue:
Clients may choose to end the lesson early; however, the full lesson fee will apply.
If Coach Audrey ends the lesson due to weather:
If weather interrupts within the first ¾ of the lesson:
Clients are entitled to a makeup lesson or a refund.If weather interrupts during the final ¼ of the lesson:
The lesson is considered complete and is non-refundable.
